Age: Participants MUST be over the age of 6 to participate in open play.
Shoes: Close-toed shoes required (No sandals, flip-flops, etc.)

It is fun for the kids while learning new movements and gaining confidence in agility and strength. They mix up the classes to keep it from being repetitive each week. The teachers are great being attentive to each child in small groups. My kids are excited to come each week!
This is the best program we have found. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. My boys (5 & 10) absolutely love going to ninja. We come twice a week and really enjoy the competitions.
The drop in option is great for our schedule and 6 year old. We travel from O’Fallon IL for time at the Open Gym sessions on Sunday mornings and make 1/2 day of it on the Missouri side of the river with other activities.
Love this place! The staff is great. The Ultifit classes are outstanding and enable a wide range of workouts for first-timers, beginners, or advanced with the great feeling of accomplishment regardless of skill or fitness level. I most recently just joined a Ninja competition for the first time and wondered why I did not attempt this much sooner. There are flexible options from drop-in payments only or a range of monthly fees by participation level. My son and wife frequently join me.
Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I've been doing the adult fitness classes, Ultifit, for 2 years now and it's been one of the best things I've ever been a part of! The trainers are incredible - no matter the skill level they are always able to challenge or modify things! The classes provide a good workout in a fun, positive, motivational atmosphere and the community here is the absolute best! I love this place and am so grateful to get to train here... game changer!
