This class is the perfect way to introduce young ninjas to the excitement of tackling beginner obstacles while building the foundation for future team competitions. Led by an instructor and supported by a parent or guardian, kids ages 6+ will develop coordination, strength, and confidence through skills like balancing, hanging, jumping, climbing, and running—all in a safe and encouraging environment. Each week brings new challenges and obstacle stations, keeping training fresh and fun while practicing teamwork and independence. With guardians by their side, ninjas gain the skills, resilience, and experience they need to start preparing for competitive obstacle courses!
